You can exchange the product within the first 10 calendar days of the item?s delivery if you have faced any of the following issues:
- Product should be in the same condition and original packaging as you received it, it must be unused and in perfect condition.
- Product must be accompanied by the invoice.
- Any Customized product cannot be exchanged or returned as it can?t be a subject of resell any more.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You will get the exchanged product within 7 (business vs. calendar) days.
